HappyLoop began in support, where data was always out of reach. As a Support Director, our founder saw teams wasting hours switching between tools just to answer simple questions.

We built a Chrome extension that gave instant access to the right data, saving 173 hours a month and raising CSAT to 100 percent.

That prototype became HappyLoop, an AI Analyst that connects directly to any Software product, works in real time, and requires no major changes.
